Verantec Power for E-Werk Erlangen and Kulturinsel Open Air
We at Verantec are proud to be the technical supplier for one of the most electrifying festivals in Franconia: the Kulturinsel Wöhrmühle Open Air.
Launched in summer 2020 on the beautiful Wöhrmühle Island in Erlangen’s Wiesengrund, the festival has successfully weathered the challenging years of the COVID-19 pandemic and has since grown into one of Franconia’s most exciting open-air events.
For four years, we have been the full-service technical provider for the nationally renowned E-Werk Erlangen event and cultural center. Built on this mutual trust, we are also the technical partner for the Kulturinsel festival. Together, we transform one of Erlangen’s most beautiful spots into a unique festival location.
For the open air, we provide our 12×10 meter stage roof with side extensions, a loading zone, and a PA tower constructed from Layher and Prolyte. The E-Werk technical team also sources modern lighting technology from Robe and Roxx, as well as d&b sound equipment from us to deliver the perfect sound — making even the venerable mountain on the other side of town turn green with envy.
