HP Knight of Dreams: An Evening for a Good Cause

On November 16, 2024, Würzburg gained a true highlight: The first charity gala HP Knight of Dreams at the Emil Frey Mainfranken dealership not only offered glamour and great entertainment but above all, made a significant contribution to a good cause. Over 400 invited guests came together to raise funds for the FLYERALARM Kids Foundation.

A Location That Shines – Thanks to VERANTEC

For this special occasion, our team transformed the dealership into a true gala location. From stylish lighting to sponsor walls and the stage: with great attention to detail, we created the perfect atmosphere to offer guests an unforgettable evening. Even the Mercedes-AMG ONE, a true star of the evening, was spotlighted perfectly.

An event of this size requires precision and planning. Our full-service offerings included:

• Lighting of the gaming tables, stages, ambience, and the impressive Mercedes-AMG ONE
• Sound engineering for the gala’s show band, the hosts, and the main act of the evening
• Installation of sponsor walls with elegant Aluvision frames and an LED wall, ensuring constant visibility of sponsor logos
• Stage construction with a truss carré and suitable FOH for technical operations and direction

Of course, our experienced technicians were on site throughout the evening to guarantee a smooth process.

An Evening with Heart

But behind the glamorous gala was a serious cause: supporting disadvantaged children and young people in the region. The FLYERALARM Kids Foundation, founded by Thorsten Fischer, aims to open up new perspectives for young people to lead self-determined and fulfilling lives. The foundation focuses on education, health, integration, social security, and child protection.

The funds raised that evening go 100% directly to the foundation’s projects — an investment in the future of our region. We are more than proud to have been part of this special event not only as a technical partner but also as a sponsor.
