Welcome Aboard: Our New Trainees for 2024!

Building stages for global stars, putting artists in the perfect light, and delivering crystal-clear sound to every ear – these are just a few of the exciting things our five new trainees Johanna, Jasmin, Jakob, Dominik, and Tim will be learning.
Since September 1st, 2024, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming these young talents to the VERANTEC family! They bring fresh energy and new ideas, and we’re excited to introduce them to the craft and passion behind professional event technology.

Introducing Our New Talents

Among our new trainees are four future event technology specialists and one trainee event management assistant. One story we’re especially excited about: Tim made the journey all the way from the beautiful Sauerland region to start his career with us!
He took a big step, packed his bags, and chose VERANTEC to learn his craft – and we couldn’t be prouder!

Training with Passion and Precision

Our trainees go through a hands-on, in-depth training program across multiple departments – from audio, lighting, and LED to media technology, stage construction, workshop operations, warehouse logistics, and rigging.
But it’s not just about technical know-how: teamwork is just as essential. After all, without good collaboration, the stage lights won’t stay on for long!

Trainee Day 2024: A Day Full of Adventure

On Friday, October 4th, 2024, we held our very first Trainee Day with our new apprentices!

We kicked things off with a delicious burger feast at Kullmann’s – a perfect start to the day. Then things really went up a notch – quite literally! At the Frankenturm climbing center in Eibelstadt, our new team members put their courage and coordination to the test.
Because in event technology, you’ve got to be ready to reach new heights – sometimes even in the most literal sense!
