High-end technology for an unforgettable tour stop: Verantec at Sido’s anniversary concert in Schweinfurt
Summer, stadium, soundcheck: On July 5, 2025, the Willy-Sachs-Stadion in Schweinfurt became a rap stronghold. Around 18,000 fans had gathered to celebrate one of Germany’s most famous artists live. As part of his “25 Years of Sido” tour, the Berlin-based musician stopped in Lower Franconia—and transformed the stage into a journey through a quarter-century of German rap.
Organized by ARGO Konzerte GmbH, the event provided goosebump-inducing moments not only musically—but also technically. As the technical service provider, we ensured the perfect sound, the right lighting atmosphere, and impressive visuals with our expertise, power, and precision.

SOUND – when the bass needs to shake
To ensure the audience not only hears but feels what’s happening on stage, we rely on uncompromising sound reinforcement technology for such productions—naturally scalable, weatherproof, and with maximum headroom:
- 16 x d&b GSL per side – for massive output and crystal-clear mids
- 32 x d&b SL-Sub as a subarray – to make your pants legs flutter
- 12 x d&b XSL per side as outfill – even sound all the way to the last seat
- 12 x d&b KSL per side as a delay line – for seamless coverage even at the very back
- 3 x KSL-Sub per side as delay sub fill – for deep low-end in the delay zones
- Near-field? Covered with d&b V10P – compact, assertive, precise
All systems were powered by our reliable amplifier armada: d&b D90, D80, and D40 – for maximum power with the highest efficiency.
LIGHTING – Setting the Stage
Mood, dynamics, timing – good lighting tells the story. To create the right visual foundation, we installed the following systems in close coordination with Sido Production:
- 44 x Robe Robin Forte – the all-rounder for bold looks and finely tuned scenes
- 34 x Roxx Blinder Cluster B4 FC, including
- 8x 8Lite Blinder on the front truss
- 18x 4Lite Blinder in various positions
- 18 x GLP JDC1 Strobes – for a powerful beat in the lighting design
- 2 x Robe Robin iForte LTX – weatherproof, long-range, high-performance
- 2 x Robe RoboSpot – follow spot systems for dynamic accents on stage

LED – clear, bright, impressive
Our LED systems provided visual content, video clips, and the necessary wow factor:
- 2 LED walls (each 4×6 m) consisting of a total of 96 LedTek P4+ WH PRO modules
- With a brightness of 4,500 nits – clearly visible, even in direct sunlight
- Operated via a redundant pair of MX40 controllers – reliable, secure, loss-free
