“ICONIC! The ALUVISION Diamond is now part of the VERANTEC portfolio

Some LED solutions are simply “display surfaces.” The ALUVISION Diamond is more like a “stage set with pixels.” A freestanding 3D object that creates a genuine sense of depth with the right content and truly shines where traditional LED walls often become interchangeable.

The foundation of the whole system is the Hi-LED 55 System: modular LED tiles that can be seamlessly integrated into the Aluvision frame system and are designed for walls, ceilings, and even floors.

What is the Diamond?

The Diamond is a cube mounted on a corner that forms a 3D shape that appears “freestanding” yet fits cleanly into a modular setup.

Key to the look: Hi-LED 55+ is designed as “One tile, endless solutions” and can be built into multiple configurations. This enables not only flat surfaces but also corners, edges, and true 3D geometry.

Why this works so well as an installation

1) Tool-free, fast, roadshow-ready

The system is designed for rapid setup, including Quick Lock for tool-free connection and ergonomic details that really help in everyday use.

2) Precise mechanics, clean edges

Magnetic alignment and positioning pins ensure precise mounting. Added to this are edge protection (to prevent contact with the floor) and a cast aluminum cabinet frame.

3) Easy to maintain during operation

The tiles are designed for full front and rear maintenance, for both LED modules and the power box. This reduces downtime when speed is of the essence.

4) Clean finish on the back

Practical for setups where the backs of the LED tiles are visible: A slot for SEG fabric allows for a clean closure with fabric infill.

Technical Quick Facts for Your Pitch

For the two variants (side lengths of 1m or 1.5m each) in different resolutions, the Hi-LED 55 platform provides the following key specifications:

  • Pixel pitch: 2.5 mm, 1.9 mm, or 1.5 mm
  • Brightness: 1000 nits
  • Refresh Rate: 3840 Hz
  • Viewing Angle (H/V): 140° / 120°
  • Viewing Distance: 1.5 m – 2.5 m
  • Tile Dimensions: 496 × 496 × 55 mm
  • Cabinet Weight: 10.0 kg
  • Power Consumption (max/avg): 145 / 49 W per tile
  • Grayscale: 14-bit
  • Contrast Ratio: 5000:1

Processing: In the Hi-LED world, this is handled via Nova Sending Boxes and corresponding Power Box variants depending on the pitch.

Hi-LED 55+ is the key to “3D instead of just a flat surface”

Hi-LED 55+ is designed to create multiple shapes from a single tile, including:

  • Straight surfaces
  • Corners with 3D effects due to seamless transitions
  • Convex and concave designs in various radii
  • Flush corners
  • Cubes without edges, clean transition from tile to tile

It is precisely this “edge expertise” that makes the Diamond so powerful as a system, because it doesn’t rely on tricks to conceal flaws but is structurally built on geometry.

From content to implementation: Why VERANTEC?

With the Diamond, it’s simple: Content is king. If you’re planning 3D “eye content” or anamorphic material, the system truly shines.

VERANTEC is a partner and specialist for LED walls and innovative wall systems. As an official rental partner of Aluvision, we offer exclusive LED solutions across Europe that go beyond the standard, and we consistently expand our rental inventory with components that truly add value in practice. That’s exactly why the Diamond is such a good fit for us.

And because hardware alone rarely creates that “wow” moment, we provide the right service to go with it: consulting, planning, design, rental, installation, and implementation of your custom LED solution. From LED panels and LED cubes to large-format video walls, we don’t just supply equipment—we deliver a setup that runs like clockwork. In short: You bring the idea, we bring the technology, processing, and crew, so that in the end, it looks exactly as it should.

VERANTEC – we support your event.

Whether it’s a trade show, corporate event, show, or brand space: We support you in planning and implementing the ALUVISION Diamond – from setup and space requirements to signal paths and processing, right through to content requirements.
